Target Dollar Spot Wire Organizer for Makeup Storage
You can really find makeup storage solutions in the most unexpected places.
So, I don’t know about you, but when it comes to the dollar spot at Target, I have absolutely no self-control.
Ask my husband. It’s truly shameful. Alas, he humors me – he loves me. 🙂
But I know I’m not the only one – I know it! As I make a b-line for whatever I can get my hands on, it’s purely compulsive – if it’s cute, it’s going in the cart and I’ll worry about what in the world I’ll actually do with it like, tomorrow. I have many little office and letter organizers, but it’s WIRE and it’s GOLD. Shut up and get in my cart. 😛

I picked up 2 of these lovely Wire letter organizers in Gold (DCPI# 234-17-0177) and they sat on my home office desk for about 2 weeks. I have a mauve/deep pink/gold/navy thing going down in my home office. I have all the letter storage I could possibly need – what will I do with these? I WILL find a use for you if it kills me! I’ve been working on getting my makeup vanity (which happens to also be in my home office) all set up and I had yet to get a table top display or storage for my larger makeup palettes. So I brought over Mr. cute, gold, letter organizer to my vanity, set it next to my makeup palettes, and thought….why not?!
The other wire organizer houses my Anastasia Cream Contour Kit and my Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. These are just perfect for palettes! They are still easy to access on my makeup vanity, but now I can display my prettier palettes! And at $3 each, that was WAY doable, people.
Ok, so the moral of this post – hmmm – keep being compulsive. Wait! When it comes to creativity – yes! If something catches your eye and you just know that you’ll find a great purpose for it, just get it! And don’t be afraid to use things the way they work best for you. Oh, and it goes without saying, the Target Dollar Spot is my hardcore addiction for affordable creative compulsion. 🙂 You’re welcome.
