Raves Faves and Must-Haves for March

Alright, grab some popcorn, put your phone on silent, it’s round up time! I’m rounding up my absolute “Raves, Faves, and Must-Haves” for the month of March! These products are my go-to, using like crazy staples for this past month. As we’re now in Spring, I’ve been concentrating on hydration and moisture because of the cray winter weather that did a number on my hair and skin! Alright, let’s get into these goodies!
I find myself reaching for this one all the time! It has such an awesome range of cool/neutral/warm shades and they blend like a dream! The color that I marked as my “fav” above is called Lazarus. In real life, the color is a cool, almost purple-based gray that kills it as a transition for my fair skin. There really isn’t a bad shade in the bunch!
I have found the perfect candle for my makeup vanity! Illume is such a great brand (they do so much more than candles) and these vanity tins are LIFE! I love that they’re soy and this coconut milk mango scent is feminine, subtle and not overpowering at all, which makes it perfect to burn on my vanity in the home office. The vanity tins usually go for around $18.50, but I got my on sale for $14.99! 🙂 Shoot, I’d pay $20!
My sister and I paid a visit to the NYX store that just opened up in Walnut Creek, CA. Let’s just say – so much NYX, so little time. I’ve been meaning to try out their Liquid Suede line, but the colors and selection are either sold out or not carried at my local drugstores. So, we went a bit nuts in this store! I love this formula so much. I mean, I hate to say this, but I think I like this better than the Kat Von D liquid lipsticks. These Liquid Suedes are comfortable, pigmented and don’t dry tacky or BONE dry. Just give this line a try – you’ll see what I mean!
This is an “oldie but a goodie” for me, since I’ve really been using High Beam for quite a while now. However, I find myself using this as my go-to liquid highlight during the winter/spring when I’m the most pale, lol. It works so well with neutral to cool fair skin tones like myself and I just love the subtle pink gleam it gives the skin!
This was a gift from my husband (thanks, Babe!) that I’ve been using a LOT this month. There’s lots of peony and rose notes in this perfume making it super feminine and a great Spring time scent.
This is a sample that I got with a purchase at Sephora a while back and it’s nearly gone! I’ve used only a few products from Caudalie, but this eye/lip cream is really nice. It’s free of parabens, sulfates, and phthalates and gives your fine lines a incredible boost of collagen and hydration. I use these glorious cream before I go to bed at night 🙂
Thanks Aubrey for gifting me this little gem! I’ve been mixing it with my moisturizer or face primer before putting on makeup for the day. What a difference! Can’t go wrong this one if you have dry skin.
Please. If you’ve ever had a HELL of a time trying to get eye makeup off before crashing for the night, do yourself a favor and get this. With all the glam that my eye go through, I’m trying to be nice to them – they’re the only eyes I’ve got! 🙂 This is hydrating and gets makeup off. YAAAS!
Ok, so this sample bottle is all I have left. It came with a combo pack a while back, but I haven’t had a chance to get another full bottle of the plus Keratin version. I’m going out today to get that bottle, but in my desperation, this has been keeping me for the last week. I can’t even say enough good things about It’s a 10 products. AH-MAZ-BALLS. After 2 weeks, you’ll have different hair, yo.
Here’s a round up of all the products mentioned in this post!
